- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Last summer I was represented by the Pelley Law Firm in a fairly heated divorce case. I would recommend this firm to anyone that needs good quality and professional legal representation. There is a difference between an experienced law firm and an experienced law firm that is also well-seasoned. Chip Pelley is not only experienced but well-seasoned too and it was the little things he did in a hearing or during arbitration that made huge differences in how things turned out in the end. His paralegal Mary Jones kept me fully informed and up to date on how the case was progressing and was always just a phone call or an email away. Between both Chip and Mary, I was always extremely confident throughout the whole process and never felt intimidated by the other side not one time. The billing of services was more than fair and Chip and Mary work diligently to minimize the cost of the lawsuit. I was very happy with the outcome of my divorce and hold no regrets about any of the decisions that were made throughout the process.
